Here is a lovely A Brandt Ranch Oak swivel chair with colorful upholstery, and the matching ottoman. I've never seen this particular ottoman before, with the slant type top. Seems like it would be very comfy sitting in the comfy swivel chair with your feet on the slanted ottoman!

Upholstery on the chair is fine, but the upholstery on the ottoman split. The wood is in fine condition. Probably one would want the upholstery to be redone for their own use, anyway?
