Created circa 1960. This saddle is in excellent shape and has all the original matching parts. Parts include saddle (15 1/2" seat, breast collar, tapaderos, serape and hip drop. The original corona pad is also included. It has recently been fully oiled, polished, and the skirts have been relined with new sheepskin. The saddle shows some leather cracking due to its age and some rusting of small iron buckles and loops, however, these are minor and do not affect the safety, usefulness or appearance. Condition is better than most parade saddles of this type and will give long and satisfying use.

These saddles reflect the wonderful era of the 1950's and 60's cowboy movie stars and the parades they rode in. No one is recreating anything even close to this in appearance, as it is too expensive and time consuming. This makes parade saddles of this type very collectible. For top investment value, condition must always be considered. I personally rate this saddle a 9 out of a possible 10 rating.
