JUST BECAUSE A BANK IN OREGON HAD THE VISION TO BUY THIS WONDERFUL DESK AND PUT IT IN THE LOBBY OF THEIR BANK, DOESNT MEAN WE CAN'T CUSTOM MAKE ONE FOR YOU! JUST ASK!
A wonderful rendition of the adirondack fly tying desk as depicted by Tom Bice. This desk features a wonderful river scene with a fly fisherman in the foreground and mountains in the back and was hand painted by a wonderful local artist.
The drawer hardware is handcarved three dimensional hand painted fish. Willow twigs adorn the apron of the desk, and the legs are left with their bark on. The middle drawer has a little gnarly burl for the "hardware".
River water green is the color used, with orange shellac as the finish, which gives it a wonderful antique look.
This desk can be made in a variety of sizes, of course. However, we have a hand painted back just waiting to be put on the back of a desk now! Call for a price, please!
